A new acquisition for the GROUP LAUAK
The Group LAUAK annouces the acquisition of EQUIP'AERO PRODUCTION, installed in l'Isle-Jourdain (32) 20 kilometers from Toulouse. This new structure will be inserted into ESKULANAK, the aeronautic subsidiary of the Group. With these new capacities, the Group LAUAK can answer total calls in a more integrated and more compétitive manner. MARCH

NOVEMBRE The "Socios" of BO visits it at LAUAK (Sud-Ouest, November 27th, 2010) Members's about sixty of the association of "Socios" (members of the "Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque") was visiting the Group Lauak, sponsor of the B.O. on Thursday, November 27th. Arrived at 18 h 30, the "Socios" being received by Jean-Marc Charritton, CEO of the Group and his son Mikel, managing director which organized a completed visit of the site which, for 35 years, having not stopped developing to be, today, one of the European leaders in aeronautics. At the end of the visit, during a reception organized on place, Nicolas Brusque, formerly international and President of "Socios" thanked Jean-Marc and Mikel Charritton for their reception.: "For us, it was important to begin with the Group Lauak which is the image of the dynamism of the Basque Country. The company was constructed around a family..." concluded the President Brusque who saw some similarities in this expansion with the BOPB.

This new equipment is going to allow a high quality of the welds thanks to a small zone allocated thermically and to a low deformation of the work piece. With this acquisition, the Group Lauak confirms its will to improve its productivity.
