PRODUCTION

Production of primary parts, sub-assemblies and aeronautical assemblies. Compliance with objectives, costs, quality and deadlines to meet customer needs, while demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS

Planning, procurement and monitoring of production to deliver to our customers with defined service levels, inventory levels and work-in-progress.

TECHNICAL & PROJECTS

Provide a technical file (documents, resources, programs, etc.) to ensure that production complies with our customers’ requirements (cost, quality and lead times) and respects industrialization budgets.

QUALITY

Plan, implement and monitor the compliance, efficiency and performance of the Quality Management System. Promote the continuous improvement dynamic and assess the effectiveness of initiated improvement actions.

PURCHASING

Comparison, selection and control of suppliers to receive supplies (material or immaterial) necessary for production and in line with specified purchasing requirements (cost, lead times, etc.).

ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE & MANAGEMENT

Ensure financial and accounting management to support the company’s growth and achieve budgetary and financial equilibrium. Neutralize exposure to risks arising from the company’s size and international location.

SALES

Ensure sales management, from customer prospecting to product delivery and invoicing.

COMPUTING

To provide the hardware (equipment, tools, etc.) and software (software, skills, etc.) resources required by all staff, and to maintain them in a safe and operational state.

COMMUNICATION/HUMAN RESOURCES

Manage current and future human resources requirements, taking into account the company’s strategic orientations and complying with the regulatory framework. Carry out internal and external communication missions.
